Tools Inside Caesars & DraftKings

Both Caesars and DraftKings are required by the Maine Gambling Control Unit to offer player-protection tools inside their apps. Look for them under Account → Responsible Gambling.

Deposit limitsDaily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can fund your account.
Wager limitsCap on the size of an individual bet or total wagering over a period.
Time limitsAuto-logout after a set duration of session time.
Cool-off periodsLock the account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer.
Self-exclusionVoluntarily ban yourself from a single operator or all licensed Maine sportsbooks.

Maine Statewide Self-Exclusion

The MGCU operates a voluntary self-exclusion program that blocks you from all licensed Maine sportsbooks at once. Enrollment options range from one year to lifetime. Once enrolled, operators are legally required to close your account, refuse new registrations, and withhold marketing communications.
